You don't quite understand what a Nobody is completely....

Yes, they are born when someone with a strong heart becomes a heartless, but they are actually created from the Body and Soul are left behind when the Heart leaves them to become a heartless...

So your theory would require having Sora with just a Heart and no Body or Soul... which just isn't true...

only , I dont think , that when someone with a strong heart turns heartless, he makes another version of himself ( BHK) but that the person himself must turn into that nobody

We don't know for sure that he can't be just his heart:
1) Heartless (existence of only heart) have form enough for Sora's body (Ex: World of Chaos, Wyvern, etc.)
2) He was a Heartless for a period during Hollow Bastion, and only recovered his shape (like Kairi recovered her heart) when they came back together. Maybe they are sharing body/heart material?

On the other hand, Kairi's body could have been washed away when the door was opened, and Sora's heart held her soul while he was looking for her. Then, her heart became an existence of only heart, but since she was a princess of heart, she retained her form but not her full existence (or Sora kept part of her heart). Then, when Sora returned her heart, he had to give some of his soul, body, and heart too, to recomplete Kairi. Maybe they have to be sharing material to have both of them complete enough to retain being.

This is a somewhat hand-wavy theory, I guess, but it might explain why Sora has "another side of the heart" and Namine is somehow Kairi's shadow. They could both have reverted to existences of only heart, but Kairi's heart or soul was rescued by Sora, then Sora became a Heartless when he gave Kairi his heart (part of), body, and soul. *bow-chicka-wow-wow*

Basically, I think that Kairi lost her full being when the door to darkness was opened, Sora unknowingly caught it and safeguarded it, and returned part of it when he stabbed himself. However, according to the rules when you lose your body and soul, you can't regain all of it (like with radioactive breakdown or other nuclear reactions), so those other parts fell off and became BHK and/or Namine. Though this would also require that both Sora and Kairi have a LOT of heart, body, and soul to give away.

that cant really happen because if you rember we saw kairis shell in HB and her heart flew back into her shell and bhk doesnt look like sora remember shells look exactly like their other half and you need a strong "heart" to weild a keyblade

Kairi's shell was not seen in HB, that was Kairi.
DiZ does not look like Ansem, they jsut have the same color skin and eyes. They have slightly different body shpe, though.
I was giving an example about Riku, not saying that you said it.

Remember, Kairi was missing part of her heart in HB. That was not her body, because then that would have been a Nobody.
BHK is 98% confirmed to be Sora's Nobody, and he only looks passingly like Sora.

Absolutely nothing has been said ingame about whether people look like their shells/Nobodies. If they did, then whoever the Dusk Nobodies were made out of was pretty f***ed up. And yes, that is what Shells are supposed to be: Nobodies. If you are strong enough, you retain you're basic being, but it is incomplete, altered.

Plus, you can have a strong heart and it can still be incomplete. Riku's heart was/is strong and he gave into darkness. Sora's was somewhat strong (though waning at the point) and he became a Heartless. Kairi was a PRINCESS OF HEART and she was catatonic for most of the game. Ansem was strong enough to retain most of his being as Heartless, and his Heart was broken as all Hell. Same with the Order.

what im trying to say is if your body is what leaves then thats what you originally looked like and you cant use bhk because it was never confirmed if bhk is even a shell or not

Heart, body, and soul seem to mean vastly different things in KH than they do in our world. Hell, they don't even have the same physics, much less physiology. We don't even have confirmation that Sora has organs, much less normal evisceration responses.

So, what version of Sora are you saying he is? Light, Dark, or Twilight? That's another valid theory that's been put out, that BHK is one of the "other you"s talked about in Ansem rEport.

It hasn't been explicitly said, but the fact that Twilight Town is familiar to "the other side of" Sora's heart, and that BHK was later shown in Twilight Town Clock Tower at the end of Reverse Rebirth led many to believe he is "the other side of Sora's heart"
