its rarely known. but fun as hell to play. i urge anyone who has halo pc to play.

Well, definately Not HALO. I honestly dont see whats so good about that game.
Personaly, i think Red Faction 1 or 2 would have to be the best FPS i've played, and my favourite. Killzone was also pretty good, and much better than HALO IMO.

Starseige: Tribes (Greatest...multiplayer...FPS...EVER!)
Timesplitters 3: Future Perfect (The only console FPS in which you can hit something.)
Doom (The game that started the entire mod craze.)

Serious Sam (Co-op mode, anyone?)
Star Wars: Dark Forces (Star Wars+Doom=t3h r0x0rz)

The only console FPS that you can hit something maybe.
But yes, TimeSplitters: Future Perfect is my favourite FPS. I've played all the TimeSplitters, and enjoyed them a lot, but this one was just out-right amamzing.
