I want to know How many beings
of pure hearts there are In the
Kh universe as of right now?

do you know of that have Pure hearts IN
the KH universe

this means hearts devoid of darkness
just incase your confused

Currently, we know of seven people of pure hearts: the Princesses of Heart.

However, you are insinuating that they are the only beings with pure hearts, which is silly, because there are no facts to indicate this, and for all we know there could be many besides the Princesses.

Therefore, stop trying to make an argument out of what we don't know.

There are 7 people with hearts of pure light in BBS known as "Beings With Hearts of Pure Light".
There are 7 people with hearts of pure light in KH1-KH2 known as "Princesses of Heart".

Whether or not these people are the same seven people, we can't be sure. But, in present time in the KH universe (being KH2), there are only the 7 PoHs.
