I believe that Axel had almost always known that Roxas was the Nobody of the Keyblade wielder, so he ended up having a connecito nto Sora.

But there is no evidence that Axel had a connection to Sora. Yeah sure he helped him in CoD, but thats because I belive that Axel and some of the other Nobodies have feelings and emotions that mirror those of when they were humans.

And as far as Roxas goes, the Org. didnt even know about Roxas in CoD. They discovered him in the events after.
