I'm having problem. I watched all the hd cinematics of both 358/2 days and re:coded but the themes didn't show up. plus I can't the set 2 rewards in re:chain of memories. has anyone had this problem?

Have you viewed the journals / character entries? Viewing all of those should unlock the themes for you.
