I doubt many of the Radiant Garden characters would have much of a signifigant role in BBS. Appearance, possibly, but I don't think they'd have much in terms of storyline.

It could be that he was merely lying about that part for whatever reason. I can't seem him just arriving at Radiant Garden and taking leadership all in the course of one year either. He had to be a native of the place.

Yes, but it wasn't that different. Roxas looked paler in Deep Dive. Aqua looks like a fricken ghost in BBS, but the XIV member looks like she gets a decent tan.

Yet another plausible theory, but it's use is on circumstantial evidence. I don't know why, but every time I see this XIV member, I get the image that she's a kid. I also like to note that XIV's skin color is vastly different. Maybe it changed in the time frame between BBS and the time Roxas...
