Also forgot to say if Syphon Filter is good, yeah I find it to be good but then again I'm a fan of stealth games and so my answer is sort of biased.

Syphon Filter is a stealth game. It's not like Splinter Cell, more like MGS but with more action packed in it. At least that's how I see it.
