I am a big KH fan, but i never had a GBA and i was wondering would anyone have a clue as to whether square enix are planning on releasing it outside the states?

At the moment, it looks like a big no. 
If it does get released, the first place we'll get news from is on Square-Enix Europe's main page. Otherwise, there's nothing right now and any site that not run by SQEX is just spreading rumors. (unless it's ign, gamespot, etc.)
