Exactly how it sounds. First and foremost, we are going to ignore the Simpson DNA evidence. Then we find a character (doesn't have to be one of the suspects) and find a way it could have happened. For example:

Person: Who did it
Motive: Reason for doing it
Clues: What was revealed that could be used as evidence
How he/she did it: How, even from their current predicament, still could have commited the crime

For example--

Person: Seymour and Agnes Skinner
Motive: Oil stolen, school security lost
Clues: Left his Agnes behind
How he did it: This was a joint effort. Seymour was in the restroom at the time, "as a ploy to superintendent while Agnes slipped outside (after being spotted by Otto) and shot Mr. Burns.
