I think I'll enjoy both.
Most people are saying they want BBS to rule as the gameplay rocks, but Days is equally as good.
Days is fan service. I mean, no one can full heartily admit that it's not. I'm going to buy it, regardless, because I am in fact a fan. Judging by the previews, however, I'm not sure how I'm going to like it. Could go either way.
Birth By Sleep is the game to add more depth to the series. It has a darker tone, and just seems like something I will most likely enjoy more.

at least days should feature good multiplayer and story. not mutch to say about gameplay though.

As we all know, Aqua is going to be the main focus of this game.
So yes, it is in fact fanservice of the greatest kind.
Especially if Nomura decides to go to Atlantica. Then, it's simple fact.
Technically speaking, yes, both the games are fanservice.
However, Days just seems to built around what fans wanted the most. Of course, that should make the game amazing, but we'll see. For all we know, both the games could suck hard.
