What is Cable Town?

Hey guys,

I've been reading the forums quite a bit lately and I've been surprised to hear about something called "Cable Town". I'm surprised that I haven't heard of this before. I never miss KH news so I have no idea how I don't know anything about it. What is it? Where did fans first hear about it? What do we know about it? How have I missed it?

When 2.5 came out, there was a launch event in Burbank where they showed an exclusive sneak peek at KH III. In it there was concept art of a town marked "CT". Some news sites reported this as Cable Town, but nothing is known about it.

They showed concept art and an incomplete 3D model of "CT"/"Cable Town"...
