What happens to Pluto in KH? I mean, he goes along with Donald and Goofy and I remember him licking Sora's face, but what happens to him after that?

Good observation. He probably wasn't important to the story, so they didn't show him.
But why even bring him along? Lol, he just kind of disappears after licking Sora's face. And when they are walking at the end they see him running towards Sora, Donald, and Goofy. Wasn't he already with them?
who knows. i think pluto may have stayed some where in traverse town... an unknown part lol

That's one of the biggest mysteries, along with Sora's/Riku's un-longing for their parents. I think naybe they forgot about him untill the end, when they're chasing him...and never really realized it.
