Has anyone read this book. It's so great and sad. I luved the ending.

oh god that book sucked. were they even trying to make sense? it talked about her dead mom, then her childhood, then the fireplace, and they made like a dozen connections that were pulled out of thin air.

I had to read it in sixth grade for school. I loved it; I couldn't put it down. It was such a great story. And the ending was really sad. I cried. XD

Weird I'm in sixth grade and my class had to read it. Even thoguht the last chapter sucked. I knew sal's mom was dead but gram's death was weird.

I read it a good while ago I thought that it was alright but I wouldn't consider it as one of my favorites.

I had to read it in 6th grade too, I don't remember it all to well but it was O.K. not really my style of reading I'm more of a Fantasy kind of guy, but it was good for Realistic Fiction.
