so we now know what vanitas looks like under the mask. my question is, whats the significance? why does he look like sora? it really makes no sense to me lolCloudStrifeSmile

i think it has something to do with ven's heart getting in contact with sora's, but i'm not sure

Why does Vanitas look like a dark haired sora?
-Ven had the darkness taken from his heart by MX to form Vanitas. Darkness is an important part of Ven's heart, so it was incomplete. In order to complete his heart and awaken, Ven had to connect it with Sora's. This led to Vanitas taking on Sora's appearance. (Thanks to Zulkir for pointing this out!)
