Unofficial Kairi thread

I dont know how to make a thread "official" so i named it unofficial...
This thread has been created for the sole purpose of expressing your oppinions about Kairi and posting theories about wat You think might happen to her e.g. will she join your party?
People MAY object/disprove to others theories (i admit i do enjoy it when theories are disproven, after all if we rule out as many theories as possible we might actually discover something....)

here is my theory:

during the passing year between KH1and 2 Kairi has become determined to help Sora therefore, she has become much stronger and confident. She has been training in the arts of combat (most likley with a weapon because she lives on destiny islands and no evidence of poeple using magic there was found in Kh1) and hopefully she will join your party.

i don't know how she will come in, but yeah i believe that she has been train. it would be so kewl if she become something like Tifa in final fantasy 7 with the knuckel dusters and u can use her in combat. i believe she will leave destiny island to find sora and then they meet up at one of the worlds.... my guest is twilight town or hallow bastion

We're talking about a girl on Destiny Islands: She has a wooden sword of course. Then she'll get on her travels new kind of wooden swords! Oak sword, pine-apple tree sword...

I think that you will get Kari in youre party, but at some even Sora finds out that isn't the real Kari, its the darkness playing a trick on Soras mind trying to lure him into darkness.

You play as Kari in the begining, at Destiny Island, and you talk to people about whats happen on the Island in the last two years. After you learn a bit on what has happened and some cutsceens about memories that Kari has of Sora and Riku (some with both of them in it, some with just one of them). After that I think the Heartless attack. Kairi with the memories of both Sora and Riku, is able to obtain a keyblade that has charestics of both Oathkeeper and Soul Eater. You then fight the same boss as you did in the first KH.

I believe that Kiari will either leave Destiny Islands on her own, or with help. Because in ASAS, you see what is obviously Kiari watching a falling star on the horizon. The last time something like that happened, the walls were broken down. So maybe she will, through strength of heart and determination to find her long lost friends, leave the Islands. Like Beast said he did. He just believed, because his heart was strong and he wanted to find Belle, and he ended up in Hallow Bastion, just like that. Or someone will come and whisk her away on a gummi ship. Then maybe she'll set off to find Sora and Riku. Now, I know some of you will say that it might not happen, maybe nothing from ASAS or DD will be true. I know that too. It's just a guess, coming from all the info I have. Deep Dive and Another Side, Another Story were both SO COOL that I think it would be a shame if all that was thrown away.

I think that Kairi goes missing at the beginning of the game. You need to collect information about her and where she might be. This is when you hear rumours about the other keyblades and such.

Eventually, the quest to find Kairi takes a backseat before you finally run into her. She may prove to be a playavle character, which I strongly believe will happen.

Well...first of all...we actually need to see Kairi in more than one screen....the only part we see her is at home as a school girl...I haven't seen anythign else that could prove she actually gets to fight...Everyone knows she will leave Destiny Islands(by herself or escorted by the Heartless)...but I doubt she will fight

Ultima Why did you say that she will leave alone or with a heartless escort? Couldn't She leave with Sora or Riku? I mean if Riku is now infact a part of the Organization he could have the teleport powers or something right? so he could go to destiny islands and get Kairi. I hope E3 brings a new trailer and Kairi's Face or something like that. I would actually rather have a clip of Riku. We know he is in the game but why isnt he been shown? I think that the cast picture thing.

I think the Unknown on the left is Riku becasue the one on the right looks like an exact replica of EM's official artwork. (IMO if this picture isnt the game cover then it will definatly be the instruction book cover) So I think that Riku will get Kairi. I long for a picture of Riku in KH2! and Kairi's Face

I don't think Kairi will fight at all. i think her role in KH2 is much smaller than it was in KH.

i believe if you got kairi as a patner to use she might be able to use a keyblade like the divine rose. the only thing i saw about her in part two was that she appears on the T.V. screen in the deep dive preview.

One...Riku can't teleport to other worlds...Cause if he did then their is no plot...Sora isn't looking for Kairi..He is looking for Riku

Ultima why would it ruin the plot? The Riku coming to destiny islands via teleport would i guess screw it up but Riku has teleported using his dark powers before remember? So whats saying he cant use the dark powers he already has to teleport?

If Riku could just teleport to any world..He wold pick up Kairi then find Sora and theres the story...but its my opinion..

Not quite, you have to know where you are going to in order to teleport, and Riku may have no idea where Sora is. Anyway, Kairi probably will get to fight, and I'd have to say she would get a wooden sword, but my money's on that she will get a keyblade eventually. Plus the fact that she is a princess of heart will boost the fact that she can't stand waiting around... Kairi, warrior princess...

I don't think Kairi will get to fight in this one. Or if she did it would only be for a little while, like how you could only put certain characters into your party at certain places (ex. Peter Pan in Neverland). I think that somehow Sora and Kairi will cross paths and they'll be together.

Same here, or at the end of the game, Sora will be on destiny islands, look around for kairi, find here in the secret place, and then... well you can guess what two long lost lovers would do!

RikuxSora ain't gunna happen, no offense, but it is true. KairixSora ROXS!

And it's a nice pic, just kind of dark for Kairi. But it supports my oppinion that Kairi will get a keyblade, even if it is fan art.
