Okay if you look at both these pictures of the Glowing eyed unknown and the duel weilding unknown you will see both there eyes are glowing (the same eye too) which probaly means there the same person or there kinda the same.

the dwu doesnt have a glowing eye. its just the angle at which the light is shining. its hard to explain

I live only where I'm needed.
Metal is right, the only reason that the DWU's eye looks like it's glowing is because that is nothing more than a part of a ray of light reflecting off of the oathkeeper. The reflection of light yeilds certain polygonal shapes and it makes it look like a glowing eye, even though it's not.
