EDIT: The mods do work really hard on the tabs for each game, however. Not saying that a wiki wouldn't be nice, but they have already done so much work that I don't want it to be destroyed

That's pretty much what I meant. So many people from the mods to just regular Joes manage to keep a better perspective on the series' intricacies overall plot just by posting on the forum than any wiki that tries to be more formal for the sake of appearing like a knowledgeable website.

But wether it's possible or not, soul transfer wouldn't be useless if it were used to put a younger soul into an older body. (If that's how it works, I still haven't seen anywhere that the soul acts like a battery with a charge)

In that sense your right. To be honest in hindsight it probably would've been smarter for Xehanort to basically just suck the youthful soul out of Terra to replenish his own. BUT this is Disney and that'd likely be to gruesome a scene for them.
Plus we dont know if the keyblade can pull souls out. Though I'm sure in the vastness of the KH universe there's at least one magic that can.

Sadly they dont. To be honest Sephiroth0812, Master Spockanort and a few others are far more reliable than the KH wiki.
