Who is that girl? I thought it was Kairi before KH2 came out, but Now I don't know who she is. It doesn't really count as "Kingdom Hearts Help Neeed", but I need to know, and I don't know where else to put this.

This has already been explained. It is, indeed, Kairi. The positioning of the sun as well as the camera angle makes her hair look darker than it really is.

It was a concept of Kairi, they then changed it a little.

they made that video before even thinking about making KH2 so that kairi is definately concept, something they think would look good. But when time came to make kh2 they changed it because they thought up a better idea.

the another side another story scene never took place in KH2 except for that ending. They used that beach scene because they made kh2 by using the secret endings.
Tetsura said that he tried his best to include all quotes in kh2 because it'd be weird to have a secret ending that people assumed was a trailer for a sequel and then have nothing to do with the sequel.

the girl is kairi, its just bad lighting that makes her hair look black

it was just an early concept design for Kairi. You can tell by the way she holds her hands, and it also looks like an early version of the ending for KH2. This video still makes KH2 seem dark and mysterious, especially that it was never exlained why Kairi appeared on the giant TV screen.
