It's called a zorb, I think.

The Youtube link you put up is from the UFO thing, right? It says it's not available in my country for some reason, but I've seen a preview of it before. That show looked legendary.

Yea it's from their U.F.O.'s at the Zoo DVD and yes it was legendary.
