I'll say Quiznos.The Italian Classic Sandwich is really good.

I prefer Quizos because their sandwiches have more substance to them as opposed to Subway, and are more healthy than Jimmy John's.
And Jared was only able to lose that weight by ordering a plain sub with no comdiments, having only water as a beverage, and walking all the way there from his house. That's right, Jared's a liar.

i only go to Quiznos for their Ceaser Salads
but i'd have to say Subway

We only have Subway here. So Subway.

But I like it. Other than Greggs there's not a huge amount around - unless you like greasy fast food >.> - so Subway's always a good choice.
