As far as I can tell, Xehanort's Heartless had yellow eyes in both KH1 and KH2 (and I'm including Riku when in Ansem's form).

It was only in Castle Oblivion where Xehanort's Heartless possessed somewhat orange eyes, and I think there was an instance or two where he was shown to have yellow eyes in that game as well.
