I need help on this.

I am doing the mission 'Mario Wings to the Sky' in the course 'BOB-OMB Battlefeild' i know that you have to ge the wings from a ? box but i dont know how to make them solid.So can someone please help me?

In the main castle lobby place, if there is like a ray of light shining down, you have to look up into it. Doing this will bring you to a area where you get the cap to fly with. You have to press the big red button on the platform to activate all the other ones in the other levels though.
