He's always had green eyes... And the blindfold... Who knows? Sora's eye starts to get infected but Namine cures it, maybe Riku has the same condition and it is cured later on?

See they are green-ish.

Depending on the lighting, his eyes look green or blue.

His eyes are aqua... or blue and greenish. Anyway, I think in DD trailer he was able to take of his blindfold.

LOL. That would be pretty creepy. I'm just guessing they designed him different since in KH1 he had blue/green eyes and now he has just green eyes in KH2. Odd...
