All you have to type is this:

Anyways, for a picture. First make sure it's at a hosting site like www.photobucket.com or imageshack. From there you go to Edit Signature in your User CP and click on the IMG button. Insert the link of the picture and there you go, an image.
If you're looking for an interesting picture (usually called sig or tag or a graphics or sort) that some one has custom made for you, head to the Graphics area.
Also, look around next time, I believe there's a spot in the New Member's area that adresses this.
