Shortcut Buttons KH3

So what magic do you use for your shortcut buttons? For me:
Triangle: Blizzaga
Circle: Firaga
Square: Thundaga
X: Curaga

There are 3 separate shortcut pages in KH3, you can alternate between them using the up and down buttons while you're in the shortcut menu.
By the end of the game my shortcuts were:

Shortcut 1:
Triangle: Curaga
Square: Blizzaga
Circle: Firaga
X: Thundaga
(These are my usual shortcuts in KH1 and KH2 too, sometimes replacing Blizzaga with Aeroga in KH1 and Thundaga with Magnega or Reflega in KH2)

Shortcut 2:
Triangle: Curaga
Square: Aeroga
Circle: Waterga
X: Thundaga / Healing item

Shortcut 3:
Triangle: Curaga
Square: Simba summon
Circle: Ariel summon
X: Elixir/ Hi Potion/ Ether

Since KH1 I've used L1+Triangle = Curaga, my brain cannot compute a different input. As Young Xehanort would say, it has been etched.

Deck 1:
Triangle:Thundage for multiple enemies on ground
Circle:Aeroga for air enemies
Square: Waterga for blocking
X:Curage for heal

Deck 2:
Triangle:Blizzaga
Circle:Firaga
Square:Meow wow summon
X:Items like potion(hi and mega) or elixir(or mega)

Generally mine were:

Triangle: Projectile magic (random, or dependent on what everything's weakest to in whatever world I'm at)
Square: Thunder magic
X: Always Cure magic
O: Summon (mostly Ariel)

My small brain decided on:

Circle: Fire is red, circle is red....red.
X: EMERGENCY YOU'RE ABOUT TO DIE, HEAL YOU IDIOT, HEAL! Cure.
Triangle: At the top, lightning comes from the sky, which is the top...High button, lightning from high places. Thunder.
Square: My most hated button, I never use it. If I'm stuck on something and need a specific command then I replace it.

L1 and Circle for healing has always been the norm for me.
X is Blizagga
Square to Thundaga or Fire
Triangle to Waterga

In KH3
Circle - Curaga
X- Mostly Firaga ( unless I have to change it to a different type of magic for specific bosses)
Triangle- High Potions
Square - Elixirs

In KH3 Limit Cut
Circle- Curaga
X - Firaga
Triangle- Thundaga
Square- Elixirs

But for certain data fights I change it to:
Circle - Curaga
X- Ethers
Triangle - High Potions
Square- Elixirs

( I know that’s probably more healing items than I would normally need but I’m not the best at being able to time my guards correctly so I like being more cautious while fighting)

The more important question is: which button do you use for Cure-ra-ga?

For me it’s always triangle, because Cure is a “green colored” spell for me. And the triangle button is also green.

For as immaculately good at Kingdom Hearts as I am, for some reason, multiple shortcut menus just don't do it for me. Gotta stick with one, and just end up not using two spells.

Triangle: Thundaga
Circle: Blizzard
Square: Firaga
X: Waterga

If I'm ever truly in danger, Cure is always in the menu where I need it.

For some reason having the projectile spell mapped to triangle and the cure to X just feels right to me in every KH game. If I have an Item mapped to a shortcut it will always be Circle

KH1
Triangle - Fire
X - Cure
Square - usually Aero, but also for any other spell depending on the situation

KH2
Triangle - Magnet
Square - reflect
Circle - Fire/Blizzard/Thunder
X - Cure

KH3
Triangle - Fire/Blizzard
Square - Thunder/Aero
Circle - Water/Blizzard
X - Cure

Hmmm....I change it whenever I need a certain spell for its elemental advantages, but as of right now (I play the XBOX version btw):

B - Fire
Y - ALWAYS CURE NO MATTER WHICH [KH] GAME. Most of the time this button is crazily mashed whenever I'm down to one HP
X - Thunder/Blizzard/Something else
A - Hi-Potion/Something else

KH2 - Square
KH3 - Circle

As for why I used different buttons it’s because by the time the next game comes out I forgot what button I assigned cure too lol

Cure will always be X for me. Its the spam button(KH wise), as in the one your finger is the most comfortable with. When Sora is in danger I rather not do mental gymnastic to remember which one is Cure so its better for me to set it to the most pressed button.

I've always had triangle for thunder and X for cure, but since these aren't the shortcuts programmed for the other playable characters in KH3 I've had to reconsider.

It was annoying to fumble on standard, so when I started playing on critical mode and could not afford mistakes like these, I gave Sora the game's shortcuts right away, so by the time there was a character switch I had the right reflexes. It took a while to train the X=cure out of me...

Then, for the other pages, I think about a "stylish" strategy I want to try and choose commands that would look fun. Like when there are three bosses to battle in a row, I have one set of shortcuts/specific summon for each if them
