Shadow Base Pokemon
Plot: People are creating Shadow Pokemon and are trying to control all the regions. Pokemon Snaggers are infiltrating the Shadow Bases and capturing the Shadow Pokemon. However, they have to be careful because the Shadow Pokemon aren't against attacking people. There are five Shadow Bases that hold the Shadow Pokemon by the hundreds. The Snaggers are the only ones that can capture the Shadow Pokemon but any trainer can reopen their hearts. All Gym Leaders are trying to help the ten Snaggers trying to stop the Shadow Bases. The Shadow Bases also have two Snaggers. However, the Shadow Base Snaggers steal regular Pokemon instead of Shadow.
Shadow Pokemon- A Pokemon with its heart closed by force. They have skills that other Pokemon do not have but they also have another status problem; Critical Mode. Shadow Pokemon's hearts can be reopened when a trainer/snagger has them in their six traveling Pokemon or by battling with them.
Snaggers- Pokemon trainers that have snag machines. All Pokeballs, when aimed at a Trainer's Pokemon, transforms into a Snag Ball. [IMG]http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/pokemon/images/4/49/SnagM1.jpg[/IMG]
Shadow Bases- Hideouts for the people trying to control the regions. Branches from the Main base that no one knows where is other than the people that are already there. The five branches all have a part in the Shadow Pokemon.
Basic Rules:
1) No God Moddling
2)Only control four characters
3) Post at least a paragraph
4) Romance at or below a PG-13 level

Battle Rules:
1) Be reasonable with experence gain. If your Pokemon is at level 20 beating a level two Pokemon isn't going to raise its level if that's the only Pokemon beat.
2) To start you can have up to eight Pokemon. Two in the PC box
3) Status inflicting attacks don't hit all the time. Once every three times at least.
4) Your Pokemon can be from any region and have any moves that could be taught to it on the games without cheats
5) If you creat a Pokemon or Move then give adequate details on it
