There is already an official sanctuary thread. If someone finds the song it will be on that thread.

www.kh2.co.uk has the english lyrics for Passion but no actually music sung by Utada Hikaru (hikki) has been released yet. It will most likly be released along with the game

I'm sure this site has been mentioned but go to preview and you'll hear a thirty second blip of Sanctuary and man it sounds weird hearing that compared to Japanese Passion. As of now, I like Passion now but maybe that will change when Sanctuary is released. There's also a couple video interviews as well.
