this game still doesnt explain why ven looks like roxas or why xion appeared to xigbar as ven and why xemnas told a sleeping roxas "so sleep has taken you again" like seriously

Well I think it is safe to say that because Ven is inside Sora, Roxas is some part of Ven.
Also I think because xigbar never met Sora yet all he saw inside Xoin (who is Sora) is Ven.
