Riku or Organization XIII

In KH2 on the mulan snow mountain, you fight this guy who sora thinks is riku with the soul blade, but later you find out it is one of the organization members. But, when you fight this guy he uses sniper guns..is it the same guy or someone totally different?

It's not Xigbar, look at the costume. btw, if you're going in Land of Dragons, I don't tell who's the person in the cliff, it may spoil you. But, if you have played the game throught, maybe some people will guide you. :3

when you're on the mountain that was Riku/Xehanort. when you get back to the city that was Xigbar. the one who defeated the guy VAed by B.D. Wong was Riku/Xehanort. remember that scene when Sora speaks with the emperor about the cloaked man? he pretty much is assured that Riku was the cloaked person. and of course he was.

 

[The betwixt mind]

No the guy u fot was Riku. Only he has the souleater. Next time u play look at the sleeves, rikus were mor wide and xigbars were skinnier. And after that fite Riku some how transforms his souleater into the way to the dawn. But he still calls it souleater.
