Is Riku a playable character in KH2 just like Sora,BHK,and Cloud

No clue, but for now its just Sora, BHK and Cloud.
since when was cloud playable last time i checked it was just sora and BHK
cloud would be cool to play as. and i think they will surprise us with a riku mode.
Riku shouldnt be playable. KH2 comes out in japan in a couple of weeks and we have barely seen anything about Riku at all especially nothing about him being playable

According to Noruma, Riku plays an important unknown role for now until the release, Riku and BHK.
I'm pretty sure it was said Cloud would have a playable side story.
I think they're mistaken by the Cloud side-story.
I hope we can play as Riku ,he's my fave charcater so I pray we will play as him .

you cant play as cloud, he has a sidestory, but you can't play it
