A more appropriate question would be "does anyone know IF it'll be released in the US", because as of now it is a Japan-Only game and will remain so unless Square Enix says otherwise

I think That it´s really funny how they say that you should play the game from khIfx, re chain, khIIfx to understand the story, + we are the biggest buyers and yet we have none.

I can agree with that. The prophet that they would get realsing KHII Fm World wide would be phenominal instaed of just this Japan only. Plus If it doesn't realease here I think that A protest should be started. I know it's probally just a fantasy but heck If we could organize I'm sure we could get mass numbers of people to protest.
