how do you get the points needed for jiminys journal for the paradox cups in the underworld if u cant use summons?

pain and panic=dont know, but it was no trouble for me. i didnt have to do the pain and panic cups 2x.
cerberus=magic. magnega and thundaga are good choices.

It does say on Jimminy's Journal you know. I'm not sure, but I think it's 3,000.
