question on one part of zexion fight

when ther have spot light appear, 2 red and 1 blue what do i need to do. i often see people dodge it easily but i always end up attack by the metoers or have to use reflect to shield myself. can anyone tell how to fight it and is there any trick to it, please i need some help.

i have seen it too. n here is the conclusion i have.
when you enter that realm, look for the book and then just stand where that book is B4 IT STARTS MOVING!
if my idea is correct, then you might be safe.
on the other realm where the books come out of nowhere... welp, i dont know yet...

i had that problem before; someone told me to follow the book or something. stay under the light that the book chooses and you'll be saved from the raining books, seriously. or just look for the line around the circle when the book stops. or something
