OH!! they appear in Port Royal, Twilight Town, and TWTNW << Just go to TWTNW and land at the Proof Of Existence save point. Go to Luxords room. I know that at least 5 pop up in there

They actuallyshow up in alot of places ......

Land of Dragons, Beasts Castle, Olympus Coliseum, Agrabah, Halloween Town << The only exact location i know is in agrabah in the Bazaar. When u walk in ull know its there cause all the structures will blow up and it will be sitting in the middle of the room.

And u also face one in the Hades Paradox Tournament but i dont think u can get an item from it during the tournament so i guess thats useless

Getting the Bulky Vendor is very rare and random. I got my first one in Beast's Castle ^^

I saw in the book that it was likely to appear in Beast's Castle but I still haven't seen one.......

After beating Luxord, enter the Proof of Existence area and enter Luxord's portal.

and yeah, they also appear in Twilight Town.
