Problems Unlocking Destiny (2.5 Secret Movie)

So I'm reasonably certain that I've watch every cutscene in 2.5. The Trophy data says I don't have the 100% Debugged Trophy, and I can't access the new Secret Movie. Everything I've found about this movie says that it's unlocked by watching all the other scenes, so I should have it. Is there something I overlooked?

For what it's worth, I watched each scene individually in Chapters mode, rather than watching them from the 'Continue' option at the menu.

You can't get 100% Debugged until you watch the Secret Movie, so that explains that detail at the very least.

I hate to be That Guy, but it's probably best if you just let the film run its full length from the main menu just to see if that unlocks the secret movie. Do it while you're at school or work if that helps.
