So far the only differences that we KNOW of, is that there is an extra scene or two that have been shown to use already (but who knows there might be like 20 minutes of extra footage) and there is also HD in the Blu-ray version. They have also added dirt, cuts, and bruises, to Cloud, They might have done that to the other characters as well, which would make sense, but I have not seen any marks on any of the other characters yet.
O yeah and the last scene, where Sephiroth impales Cloud with his sword and lift him into the air, makes me cringe, my insides feel funny XD. *thinks* all your body wait on a blade that is inside you = very painful
