I dunno if you guys have heard, but Eisner has decided to officially resign in September of 2005. SOOO HAAPPPYY!! This means that perhaps Pixar and Disney will stay friends. And Pixar can release Toy Story 3 properly. (Disney apparently planned on making a third Toy Story if Pixar left without doing so. It'd be so dumb if Disney made Toy Story 3 without Pixar.)
Anyway, it'd be interesting to see if the new CEO, Robert Iger, will be giving more rights to Disney partners. Not just Pixar, but (and obviously the reason for this thread) Square-Enix. Nomura hinted in some interviews that there were things they couldn't do because of Disney rights. They couldn't even talk about what Disney said they couldn't do.
So now that Eisner got the boot, will Iger make things better or worse for Kingdom Hearts?
