Pretty sure that her heart was in sora... And we he gave back her heart and became a heartless, Naminie was made, as was Roxas.... Ehhh

"While Roxas is the Nobody of Sora, she is actually a "special Nobody" born from Kairi's heart when it left Sora's body. However as Kairi had no darkness in her heart, Sora's body and soul were used in Naminé's creation."

how far have u guys gotten, its all explained in the Secret Ansem report, but since u probably arent there ill tell u, a nobody is created when a persons heart leaves thier body, not just when it was lost to darkness, kairi nvr lost her heart to darkness, because she had no darkness in her, so her heart left her body and found a new host, Sora, u know in the begining of KH1 where Kairi i sstanding infront of the door, and then dissapears as she runs into Sora, that was her heart going into him, anyways thats how namine was born

sora had kairi's heart and he stabbed himself with the dark keyblade releasing kairi's heart. opening the keyhole. kairi came back to life and sora turned into a heartless. Naminr and roxas were born. kairi hugged sora and sora returned to normal. That's a mouthful (* pants*)

srry for double post but koda is right and your wrong. Except for the heart going in sora.

READ THE ANSEM REPORTS. When kairi's heart left her body, her heart hid herself in sora's body. her nobody WAS NOT CREATED WHEN THAT HAPPENED. Namine is kairi's nobody, right? And nobodies are the leftover body and soul when a heart leaves it, right? then how come we saw kairi's body all over the game. Kairi's body was laying on the floor in hollow bastion, and in Neverland as well. Therefore Namine' could not have been born at that time, because the body and soul were laying there right there. When sora used the dark keyblade, and freed his heart and hers, Sora became a heartless, and his nobody was created. But because kairi's heart left Sora's body, her nobody was created as well. Kairi though did NOT become a heartless, because she is a princess of heart, and has one of the purest hearts. Heartless are formed by darkness in the heart, therefore she didn't become a heartless. But her nobody---namine' was created ^_^

^ um no. he never lost his heart. He still had his heart, his BODY was infested with Xehanort, and xehanort controlled the darkness in his heart :p
