Eh....Uhh...I have no flippin' idea. I only played through COM once, and I don't remember most of the story cuz' I was so frustrated with the retarded battle system.

He most likely said this because he had never been there before ever but when he went back to the other worlds he remembered about them. That or he never really forgot about the other worlds to begin with.

I don't think he had forgotten any of the other worlds. He was just saying that he's never been to Twilight Town before that he can remember.
