Blood, not necessarily. It just showed the medallion stained. And they didn't even show the character actually bleeding, just her holding her hand.

the fact that they put a lil blood in it surprised me thats probably y kh2 was rated E10+:bored:

Barbossa didn't just disappear when he died. I don't think we've seen any actual people die other than him.
