Ok, so the easiest way to go on a catching spree is get 60x farplane winds(You get it by catching something or the remiem temple, i cant remember which) and put deathstrike on the catching weapon of any of your characters, though it shouldn't be Lulu or Yuna or Rikku because they don't often us physical atacks. Tada, one hit and they die and are captured. Though some, like Dark Flan, are immune.
P.S. Some of these monsters are in the cave at the top of the mountain, and some are in the water in the cave.
