Now I don't know the name of the song but I know the lyrics to it.

its like this

"Running Running, Running threw the town" its a guy singer. its really catchty I heard it on the radio.

I don't know the song name, but what you could do type the lyrics on Youtube(i recommend the chorus, much easier to find) and whatever the search suggestion says, click the one that's most likely the song ^^ works for me almost every time I hear a song I like on the radio.
