PART 1
In the beginning there was only one world; a world of light & dark; a world of love & hate; a world of peace & war. This world was home to many who cherished it, and home to those who despised it. The world was made up of many countries that were seen as light, dark, or neutral. The Dark nations were always warring with each other; where as the nations of light lived in peace and harmony with its surroundings. Despite these conflicts of emotion and alliances, the world existed and thrived by the hearts of all the living things. The secret of the worlds being was this: The hearts of light held the planet together and created life; the hearts of twilight & dawn created the planet and kept it in balance; and the hearts of darkness kept the world from over flowing with life and allowed for death and the circle of life. Thus despite the problems that existed in the world, it thrived and continued to exist.
Unbeknownst to the light however, something in the darkness became aware and manifested itself. Before long this darkness began to ravage the world itself. In hopes to stop it from destroying their home, five of the wisest people from all the corners of the planet came together. The noticed that the heart of the world was not touched, perhaps the darkness feared the light, or maybe the darkness was waiting for the opportune time to strike the light, they did not know but they continued to study the light and the darkness. One of the wise ones suggested the concept of "fighting fire with fire," using darkness against this dark creature. The others feared that this would only make the demon stronger, however through this idea they thought of using light against the demon. All agreed that this was the best way to destroy the beast, but how would they be able to manifest and control such incomprehensible power?
As their plight to stop the darkness continued; the creature began to evolve. It changed after it consumed a city of many and as it continued to tour the world its powers grew until... it evolved into an intelligent life. This darkness took the form of what appear to be a man and rather than ravage and pillage, it gathered dark hearts to aid it in conquest. Rumor soon reach the heroes of the darkness' transformation, as well its birth.
This self-aware darkness was born due to the persistence of a greedy, conceded, and hate filled man. A lord among the dark hearts he wanted more land and more power until his greed killed the only thing he loved, his family. Warring nations of Darkness soon invaded his country while he was away at battle and demolished everything. When the man reached home his tears of sorrow and hate spilled into the streets. With what was left of his strong military, he sought to conquer all of the Dark Nation and in doing so was slaughtered. As his dark heart merged with the darkness, all of the hate that had gathered in the Darkness merged into a being... This being is what latter generations would call heartless.
With this knowledge the wise men found new hope and with that hope, the light touched them. With the death of many, hearts were left merging with the light and soon the light had decided to aid the people of the world. And so it is written; the light called forth the five people and gave them each a new strength to reclaim and forever protect the World from eternal darkness, a keyblade. To protect themselves from the darkness of their hearts as well as the darkness around them, the light gave them each a powerful armor. These new weapons of light would aid in the fight against the darkness, however things were to turn worse.
As the darkness spread throughout the world, the five (warriors of light) dawned on suits of armor and split up to battle for what was left of their homes, agreeing that they would meet up again in this location when the darkness in their homelands were disposed of. What does fate have in-store for the hopeful warriors and will they survive the encounter with darkness??
