Lillet is a human, she has multiple personalities. One is her Heartless, and the other is her Nobody.
When she switches between personalities she changes appearance//additude/powers all that yummy stuff
And of course of the her personalities is just...Lillet.. XD

well, thats................... crazy. how does lillet retain human form if she has a heartless form, as well as nobodie, its a kh impossibility that even sora couldnt acomplish

Lillet is one of the Chasers, but she was an evil Chaser.
During the big Keyblade War she got owned by the three knights we see in the trailer. So of course, they wipe her memories and destroy her 'Chaser' body. Then she is reborn in Hollow Bastion and has dreams about her memories. (crap I know but it will sound better in my fanfic >_>)
The thing with her personalities is because of her Chaser past, if anyone read the first two chapters I have on here you'd know the Dark figure in the black armor. Well that's her heartless XD
