You are allowed to use powers, but no killing.
Yaoi and yuri is allowed, but please make sure the other person is willing to.

With Balamb Garden, you might not get the greatest response, just to warn you. If you do want to start a RP that gets a lot of RPers, there is a thread stickied at the top of the RP section that I believe gives people ideas for an Rp. Check that out, too.
