Roxas is Org Member #13.

Ansem is Org Member #1.

Axel dies at the end, killed by Ansem I believe.

Crap I forget the link but there was some more information coming out, giving the Japanese (in Kanji) Names of No 1 and No 13. They were Xensam (Ansem X) and Roxas.

They could see the end by game cheats and codes. Simply put in a cheat code and your at the ending cutscene. So I do actually think this could be true.
