well that explains it all
From what we have seen in trailers, screenshots and scans...I'd say that there are the Keyblades:
1. Kingdom Key
2. Oathkeeper
3. Oblivion(BHK)
4. King Mickey's Keyblade
As for recieving Keyblades from levels, I think that they removed that feature. Maybe you can only use Kingdom Key. Who knows? Maybe they have a whole new system!!

Yes, I sadly doubt the existance of keyblades given from different worlds. Although I am sure if they did, there would be some unique and amazing designs. Im a fan of the old fashioned Kingdom Key.
