Hello everybody! We have tons of new awards for the new year that can be requested through our Awards System thanks to Antifa Lockhart! Some are limited-time awards so go claim them before they are gone forever...
Don't listen to him. It's true that the game was made for japan and was made for a japanese PS2, but there are still alternative ways that you can play the game on a European, or American made console.
You can import the game from Ebay, or playasia and you can also order a slide card/swap magic cd set which comes with a boot disk and a slide card, or you can get a mod chip added to your PS2. Either way will allow you to play KHFM. Just make sure you actually have the game though.
You can order KHFM here, http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-43-15-kingdom+hearts+final+mix-70-xya.html
You can get a slide card here, http://www.console.com/index.php/cPath/21?osCsid=ff8cb226b4db6f2ef13d5626e8cccc69
Yeah, like NEO said, even though it's a Japanese game, there are ways of playing it on American/European consoles.
1. Put a mod chip on your PS2 - Not recommended because it voids the warranty and there is a high risk of damaging your PS2.
2. Install a flip-top cover on your PS2 and use Swap Magic - Not recommended because it also voids the warranty.
3. Use Swap Magic and the Slide Card - This is the method I use. It does not void the warranty, is relatively easy to use, and will not damage the PS2.
You can buy the Slide Card and Swap Magic together for $30 here: http://www.modchipstore.com/customer/product.php?productid=16158&cat=0&page=1
There are probably other ways to play it, but those are the only ones I know about. If you are going to choose one of those options, I recommend using the Slide Card and Swap Magic.
