I think it's safe to say that the members are vessels of Xehanort like Braig and Isa so we might see a few of the old Organization comeback as members of this new organization 13.

I have to say it's not too bad to use information from the wikis. But for in-depth-stuff, it's usually safer to look up the source of the wikis, like Ultimanias or whatever.

Wikis are usually ok for in-game info espeically about game statistics.
It's the lore that gets them, and that's why they aren't a suitable substitute to actually get to learn the saga.
Also, at times the author decides to make its own interpretation canon, such as deciding that some unclear entity is a Heartless.
