Is it possible to get to a high level on Destiny Islands?

THis is what you do, but you have to do it RIGHT!

You stand a certain distance from wakka after accepting his battle.

Everytime he throws his ball at you(Wierd) you hit it right before it gets to you.
Make sure it DOESNT hit him.

Possible, but boring as hell. Tidus would be your best bet though.

All the tech points you want without killing him, fastest for sure.

It's very possible to get a high level in Destiny Islands but if you really want to do it, it takes time and patience

I got to level 20 then got impatient and left.....But there are people who have gotten level 100 of Destiny Islands.

I always stop around 10 because i want the keyblade so i can learn SCAN, which is valuble, if you LV up to 20 you'd miss it

Also, of course you can get a high level, you just have to have practically no life at all and a ridiculous amount of dedication. But really, why would you?
